Hospitality as an art form.
An evening together, composed like a piece of music — with rhythm, light and silence, chosen with as much care as the dishes on the table.

Ishi
Ishi didn’t set out to build a dinner experience. He set out to build a table where people could stop performing and just be met, exactly as they are.
That single idea became Clarke | Noiro, a creative studio for the art of gathering. It grew out of a simple, hard-won lesson: being loved and being corrected are not the same thing. Too many spaces ask people to arrive polished, edited, ready for display. Ishi wanted to build the opposite — a place where the story matters more than the performance, and where every guest becomes part of the story rather than an observer of it.
A Seat at My Table is the first chapter of that vision, an intimate, story-driven evening built around five courses and three narrative movements, where food, music, and voice all serve one purpose: connection that feels real rather than staged.
Ishi’s own path, through hospitality, storytelling, and quiet observation of what makes people feel truly welcome, shapes everything Clarke | Noiro creates. He calls it hospitality. It might be more accurate to call it an invitation.
Future chapters will carry the same spirit into new forms — seminars in meditation and stillness, yoga and bodywork, therapeutic touch, and retreats set in countries around the world. Different rooms, different rituals, but always the same table underneath: a space built for people to arrive as they are and leave a little more whole.
I don’t just create experiences. I create moments that become memories.
— Ishi Clarke
Little, but with intention.
We believe the most beautiful evenings are the ones you still feel long after. Not through abundance, but through attention — for the moment a candle is lit, for the silence between two courses, for the conversation that only truly begins once the hurry has faded.
A table is not a piece of furniture. It is an invitation.
Clarke | Noiro works in seasons and in series: intimate evenings, stories, and — in time — publications and a growing archive. Everything begins from the same tone: warm, dark and gold; plenty of space; stillness.
Three principles
Craft
Everything by hand, with time, and with respect for the product and the season.
Warmth
Hospitality that feels personal — small gatherings, real attention.
Restraint
Leaving out what isn’t needed, so that what remains has room to speak.
